Keep your basketball player having FUN, MOVING and GROWING during this summer, with the most COMPLETE training resources available as we continue to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions. 

The COVID - 19 protocols are very straight forward; due to the fact that there currently is not a vaccine for this virus, we are placing our children's safety above all things.  Thus, the reason we will be working in non contact, small group pods of a max of 4 athletes this summer. We strongly encourage you to keep your training groups limited to about the same as we continue to follow the Department of Health Guidelines.  We are hopeful that by Unit 4: Basketball Acumen, we are able to introduce some of our 1 on 1 and 2 on 2 offensive and defensive drills where there will be some contact between the players in your group. 

Each session will challenge each athlete's mental and physical capacities by combining high-level performance training based on sports science of functional movement with fundamental basketball drills and exercises.

8 Week Virtual Complete Player

Basketball Training Program 

  • There will be no advanced or intermediate sessions. Since our program is based on a process and progression, we feel having everyone start at the same point for each unit
  • 50 athletes max per unit
  • In addition to the virtual workouts athletes will receive:
    • Workout plans with video access to drills for additional workouts inside each unit
  • With access to workout plans and videos, there will be NO MAKE UP SESSIONS FOR THE SUMMER due to inclement weather


  • Sessions will be live streamed through Zoom video conferencing and the link will be sent via email prior to your scheduling session (free account & download)
  • The Zoom unit link provided on the Thursday before the Friday of the start of each new unit.  The unit will be the same for the entire two weeks
  • The Zoom link will open at 5 minutes prior to each session beginning


  • We will give you a series of skills challenges for each unit to compete against and challenge yourself
  • Practice the challenges as much as you want to improve for suggested time to see how many reps you can knock out each time you do it
  • Take your best score and post the video and score with the name of the challenge to Twitter and tag @trustedcoaches @MYASminnesota, @pureintensitybasketball and the @InstituteAthMe
