HOW TO POST YOUR AD:

1. You must have an account/portal set up in the MYAS system. To access your account/portal, or to set one up, click on the "LOG IN" tab at the top of any MYAS.org web page.
2. To enter your info in your MYAS portal, begin by clicking "Basketball" at the top of the page (next to "MYAS Portal").
3. Click on "Coaches Wanted" when it pops up.
4. Click on "New Listing" at the top of the page. (You may also edit an existing ad from this page.)
5. Click "Submit" to finish.

Youth Basketball Coach with EPGBA

Eden Prairie Girls Basketball Association is seeking quality and committed coaches for grades 4-8 for our 2019-20 travel (competitive) program. - This is a paid position beginning with tryouts in mid-September and the season runs from mid-October-early March. Teams practice 2 times a week for 90 minutes at Eden Prairie Schools and participate in 8-10 tournaments across the Twin Cities area. - Coaches are to meet the following criteria: (1) have a basic knowledge of basketball rules and fundamentals, (2) have good communication skills, (3) are able to teach and motivate players to develop specific basketball and relationship skills, and (4) are able to measure their own success based on their ability to improve all girls as basketball players and teammates. - EPGBA is a member of Trusted Coaches which is an online youth coach's education program. As a member of this program our coaches receive first-aid and concussion training, Positive Coaching Alliance education course and consent to a background check.
