Buffalo Nationals Moved to Rochester

October 18, 2019

The Midwest Tour would like to thank South Dakota State University for hosting the Jackrabbit/Buffalo Nationals over the past three years.  Due to a facility schedule conflict and a rise in success for the SDSU Football team, we were unable to find a date to continue that would allow the event to be held at Frost Arena this year.

When one door closes another opens and we have found a new home for the event in Rochester, MN.  Hosted by the Rochester Community and Technical College at the Regional Sports Center, the tournament has been renamed the Yellowjacket Nationals and will take place on December 14, 2019.

We are excited for this new opportunity in a new location.  The Regional Sports Center has been a host for numerous wrestling events in the past and we would also like to thank the Rochester Sports Commission for assisting in the process of finding a new home for this event.
