Officials Clinic - Nov 19, Elk River

This clinic begins at 7pm on Nov 19th at VandenBerger Middle School, 948 Proctor Ave. Elk River, MN 55330.

We believe that part of our success is directly attributed to our proactive approach to the continuing education of our officials. This year in our continuing education of officials, we will include emphasis on proper mechanics. As it was last year, those who attend MYAS Official Clinics are awarded with a $5.00 per game increase in pay. Also, if you are both MSHSL certified and MYAS registered, you will be rewarded with an additional $1.00 per game. The cost of the clinic will be $15.00 and includes your 2009 MYAS membership. The fee will be collected at the clinic. The MYAS certification will be good for one year; you must purchase a new MYAS membership each year.

You must pre-register to attend a clinic (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Full or Short Clinic?
We have a full and short clinic. If you attended a full clinic last year you only need to attend the short version this year. If you attended the short version last year, you need to attend the full clinic this year. Click here to see which clinic to attend.

Seating is limited to 200 per clinic. Each clinic is scheduled for two hours and 30 minutes for the full version and 30 minutes for the short version. The full version starts at 7:00pm and the short version starts at 7:30pm each night. If you are late you will be asked to reschedule for a new date (NO EXCEPTIONS).

MYAS Membership Requirement
In order to be an MYAS registered official, you must be a registered 2010 MYAS member. Your MYAS membership is valid annually from September 1 through August 31 of each year and is applicable to all MYAS administered competitions. We will have membership forms at each meeting, so you can fill them out on site. Remember - your 2010 MYAS membership fee is included in the clinic fee.
