The Impact
The MYAS Community Impact Fund has supported more than 150 athletic associations, charitable organizations, and individual youth and their families throughout Minnesota since July 31, 2026.
Did you know?
As a registered nonprofit organization, our financial statements are audited each year by an independent accounting firm.
Our 2023-24 audit was recently completed and shows that 81 cents out of every dollar we spend goes directly to our programs. For perspective, Charity Navigator states that the most efficient charities spend 75% or more on their program. MYAS is proud to be above that threshold.

Our Mission
The mission of the Minnesota Youth Athletic Services (MYAS), Inc. Community Impact Fund is to strengthen communities by enriching the lives of youth athletes, their families, and other influential individuals, who believe in learning life lessons through the pursuit of sport, athletic development, education, and training for those who aspire to pursue a healthy, active lifestyle.

MYAS Community Impact Fund Supports
- Priority- Scholarship opportunities for individuals, teams, and youth athletic associations and organizations through MYAS programming (tournaments, leagues and events)
- MYAS programming w/ individual registrations, association/community team entry fees, support for community associations that need funding for scholarships inside their association/community
- Funding for associations/communities that provide opportunities for youth through sport (urban and rural)
- Funding for organizations to utilize the Trusted Coaches platform (training, screening and education for youth volunteer coaches)
- Funding for individuals to gain training, screening, and education through our Trusted Officials Live and Online Training (powered by Arbiter Sports) opportunities & necessary equipment to officiate/umpire

Fall 2024 Community Impact Fund Scholarship Recipients
Total of $48,420 granted to 34 youth sports organizations in Minnesota.
Fall 2023 Community Impact Fund Association Recipients
A total of $17,750.00 granted to 12 youth baseball and basketball programs in Minnesota.
December 2023 Community Impact Fund Association Recipients
A total of $26,000 was donated to 16 youth sports associations from around the state of Minnesota.
