- 30 minutes prior to first game on Saturday
- Only 1 coach or team representative needs to check-in
- Located at the Tournament Headquarters (black table cover with blue MYAS logo runner, near admissions)

DAILY ADMISSION FEES
Collected at the tournament upon entry to the facility & retained by the host group
- Adult Daily: $10
- Adult Weekend Pass: $15.00
- Students/Military Daily: $5
- Senior Citizens (65 & Older) Daily: $5
- Student/Senior/Military Weekend Pass: $8.00
- 5 & Under: Free
SPECIAL NOTE: This tournament is a fundraising mechanism for a local youth athletic association or high school booster club. The host group retains all concessions and admissions from this tournament to support their local program.
Roster Policy
Complete Team Rosters Required for the 2026 Grade State Championships
- The rosters contained within RegisterPlay are the official roster for travel basketball and the MYAS Grade State Championships.
- Coaches, please ensure that your team roster is fully updated and complete.
- Any players not listed on your roster will not be eligible to participate in the 2025 Grade State Championships.
- If un-rostered players participate in games, it will result in forfeits for your team.
- We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter to ensure a smooth tournamen
Grade State is Great State Informational Session
This session is designed for coaches, site managers, tournament directors, and parents who play a role in making the Grade State Tournaments a positive and well-managed experience. Led by Akua Kennedy from MYAS, this session breaks down key responsibilities, site management strategies, and participation expectations to ensure that every tournament is focused on the kids.
