Team Check-in Procedure

GSTC '26 Team Check-In

Team check-in is mandatory for every GSTC team, including teams playing at satellite locations. Only one coach or team representative needs to check in.

Check-In Requirements

When:
Check in at least 30 minutes before your team’s first game on Friday.

Who:
Only one coach or team representative is required.

What to Bring:

  • Completed team roster in RegisterPlay
  • Physical copies of player birth certificates, available if requested
  • Familiarity with the GSTC 2026 Rules & Tiebreakers
  • $200 team gate fee, payable to the host organization

Finding Tournament Headquarters

Look for the Tournament Headquarters, identified by:

  • Black canopy tent
  • GSTC banner
  • MYAS Headquarters signage at the front of the table

Complete Your Roster Before Check-In

Your team roster must be completed in RegisterPlay before arriving at the tournament.

Get Your Team’s Roster Password

  1. Go to myasrp.com
  2. Sign in in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Dashboard.
  4. Select My Teams.
  5. Click Roster Password next to your team.
  6. Copy the roster password message.
  7. Email the password to all families on your team.

Important Roster Information

Each team has a unique roster password.

Parents/guardians must:

  1. Create an account.
  2. Add their child under the Family tab.
  3. Accept the invitation to join the team.

Review the GSTC Rules

Before arriving at the tournament, make sure your coaching staff has reviewed the GSTC 2026 Rules & Tiebreakers, including:

  • Pitch counts
  • Pool-play time limits
  • Bracket-play time limits
  • Base-running regulations
  • Pitching regulations
  • International Rules for bracket play
  • Conduct Policy

Team Gate Fee

Each team is responsible for a $200 gate fee, payable to the host organization at tournament headquarters.

The gate fee is collected by the MYAS Tournament Director and retained by the host group.

Each GSTC playing location serves as a fundraising opportunity for a local youth athletic association and/or high school booster club. The host organization retains the gate fee and concession proceeds from the tournament to support its local program.

What You Receive at Check-In

Each team will receive one GSTC goody bag, which includes:

  • GSTC bag tags
  • Fall League promotional materials
  • Pizza Ranch coupons for each player
  • GSTC tournament reminders

Coach Check-In Checklist

Before heading to the tournament, make sure you have:

  • Completed your roster in RegisterPlay
  • Distributed the roster password to team families
  • Confirmed families have accepted their team invitations
  • Physical player birth certificates available if requested
  • Reviewed the GSTC 2026 Rules & Tiebreakers
  • Confirmed your team check-in location
  • Arrived at least 30 minutes before your first Friday game
  • $200 gate fee ready for the host organization
