Association Portal

Thank you for renewing your MYBA membership and for your association’s commitment to enhancing and growing community based winter travel basketball.

Very Important

  • All association business needs to be done through the association portal on the Basketball Associations page.
    • Adding Teams, building rosters, assigning coaches, creating events.
  • Association Portal
  • Go to https://myasrp.com/pages/associations/sport/BK
  • Sign In (upper right)
    • Create a new user account if you don’t already have one on the RegisterPlay site.
  • Left menu
    • Click on Basketball
    • Click on Basketball Associations
  • Click on yellow Register for MYBA button
    • Complete registration process
    • Note: If your account is not attached to your association, the yellow Register for MYBA button will not be available to you.
  • Contact jeremy@myas.org to request access to your association. Please be sure to indicate what association you are with.

  • Go to https://myasrp.com/pages/associations/sport/BK
  • Sign In (upper right)
  • Left menu
    • Click on Basketball
    • Click on Basketball Associations
    • Click on your association, it should appear as the first box you see in the upper left corner.
  • Click on Teams tab
    • Click on Add New
    • Be sure to select 2026 as the season
    • Follow the prompts
    • Submit

Notes:

  1. Please complete as soon as possible, by August 1 at the very latest.
  2. Please add the teams that you think you will have for the upcoming season. If you need add or remove teams after player registration closes for your association, that is fine.
  3. This will allow your association to register for tournaments that are using RegisterPlay for registration.
  4. This will allow associations that are using RegisterPlay Brackets to find your teams within the system and add them to their tournament.
  5. This is for tournaments not using RegisterPlay for registration but ARE using RegisterPlay for their brackets.
    You can complete the rosters once tryouts are completed.
  • Please add your board members to the Administration page in the MYBA Portal so the MYAS staff can communicate with the leaders of your association.
  • Please keep your Staff page updated.
  • Go to https://myasrp.com/pages/associations/sport/BK
  • Sign In (upper right)
  • Left menu
    • Click on Basketball
    • Click on Basketball Associations
    • Click on your association, it should appear as the first box you see in the upper left corner.
  • Click on Administration tab
    • Submit the email address for each board member
      • They will not be able to access the association portal until they create a user account.
      • Make sure that the email address you submit is the same email address they used to create their account.
    • Assign permissions
    • Submit

  • Left menu
    • Click on Basketball
    • Click on Basketball Associations
    • Click on your association, it should appear as the first box you see in the upper left corner.
  • Click on Teams tab
    • Click on Roster Password button next to the appropriate team
    • Copy the message that pops up and email it to the family address on file for each player on that team
    • Each team will have a unique Roster Password
  • Note
    • The parent/guardian will need to create a user account and add the child to their account under the Family tab.
      • Once they do this, they can accept the invitation and join the team.
  • Go to https://myasrp.com/pages/associations/sport/BK
  • Sign In (upper right)
  • Left menu
    • Click on Basketball
    • Click on Basketball Associations
    • Click on your association, it should appear as the first box you see in the upper left corner.
  • Click on Teams tab
    • Click on the Staff button next to the appropriate team
    • Paste each coaches email address into the box.
    • Select the Role and set permissions.
    • Click on the Invite button.

Notes:

  • Please encourage all of your coaches to create a user account on the RegisterPlay site.
  • If the coach already has a user account, the system will automatically attach them to the team once you submit the invite.
  • If the coach does not have a user account, the system will automatically attach them to the team once they create their user account if you have already sent them the invite.
