GSTC Online Seeding Process & Timeline
Prepare for the 2026 GSTC Online Seeding Process!
The online seeding process is the cornerstone of ensuring fair, competitive matchups for an unforgettable tournament experience during this epic celebration of community-based youth baseball.
Note: Coaches must be attached to their team to gain access to the seeding process.

Seeding Instructions
Please follow the instructions listed below to access the GSTC online seeding tool:

- Click on the following link to complete Step 1: RegisterPlay Dashboard
- Click on the Sign-in button in the upper right corner and sign in to your account
- Click on the Dashboard button in the upper left corner
- Click on the My Teams tab
- Click on your team that is registered for the 2026 Gopher State Tournament of Champions
- Click on the “hamburger/pancake stack” (3 horizontal lines)
- Click on Seeding Registration (see image below)
- Enter the information for your team
- Click on Submit
- Note: Once you submit your team’s information, you can come back later to edit your submission if you need to.
- You have now completed Step 1.
Questions to Complete During Step 1:
- League Record: Win/loss/ties
- League Run Differential: Add all the runs you scored in your games and subtract the amount of games that were scored against you in your games.
- Tournament Record: Total win/loss/ties record for all tournament games.
- Record in Last 10 Games: Wins/losses/ties. Use both league and tournament games.
- Tournament Results: Examples- 2nd place in Blaine, 1st place in Shakopee

- Click on the Sign-in button in the upper right corner and sign in to your account
- Click on the Dashboard button in the upper left corner
- Click on the My Teams tab
- Click on your team that is registered for the 2026 Gopher State Tournament of Champions
- Click on the “pancake/hamburger stack” (the three horizontal lines)
- Click on Seeding Voting
- Note: scroll to the bottom of the list and click on 50 for the items per page.
- Rank all of the teams in your tournament
- Click, hold and drag the teams to where you think they should be seeded.
- Note, you can only drag a team as far as what is visible on your screen.
- A laptop or desktop computer is ideal for this process.
- Note: Your team will not be listed on the Seeding Voting page.
- Click, hold and drag the teams to where you think they should be seeded.
- Click on Submit
- You have now completed Step 2.
- You will have the ability to edit your seeds up until the seeding window closes.
Notes:
- Your team is NOT listed on the seeding page.
- The best team should receive the #1 seed.
- Note, you can only drag a team as far as what is visible on your screen.
- A laptop or desktop computer is ideal for this process.
- You will have the ability to edit your seeds up until the seeding window closes.
